Kelsey Anisko

           Kelsey Anisko is a Massachusetts attorney who joined BourgeoisWhite, LLP in 2025. She is admitted to practice in Massachusetts and the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She brings a strong foundation in civil litigation, with experience supporting complex case development and trial preparation. Her practice background includes matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, products liability, employment disputes, and civil rights claims.

            While earning her law degree, Kelsey served as a law clerk in Springfield and later at Keches Law Group in Worcester, where she gained early experience in litigation and client advocacy. She later joined a Wellesley-based litigation firm, first as a law clerk and then as a litigation associate following her admission to the Massachusetts Bar. In that role, she managed discovery, drafted pleadings and motions, and helped prepare cases for mediation and trial. Her experience spans all phases of litigation, with a particular focus on strategic case development, written advocacy, and trial preparation.
