Kelsey Anisko is a Massachusetts-based attorney who joined Bourgeois White in 2025. She brings a strong foundation in civil litigation, with experience supporting complex case development and trial preparation across multiple firms. Her background includes work on high-stakes matters involving catastrophic injury, wrongful death, products liability, and employment-related claims such as workplace discrimination and harassment.
While earning her law degree, Kelsey held law clerk positions at the Law Office of Dean E. Goldblatt, Esq. and later at Keches Law Group, where she assisted attorneys with discovery, deposition preparation, and legal research. She continued to build her litigation experience at Sullivan & Sullivan, LLP—first as a Law Clerk, and then, following her bar admission, as a Litigation Associate. In that role, she directed discovery, drafted pleadings and motions, and prepared cases for mediation and trial. Her work consistently involved developing strategic litigation materials and supporting attorneys through all phases of litigation.
