Biography
Before beginning a second career as a lawyer, Dale completed a distinguished 25-year career with the Massachusetts State Police, where he progressed from Sergeant to Lieutenant and retired as a Station Commander. He also served as the Director of Online Training for the Massachusetts State Police Academy.
While in law school, Dale received recognition for excellence in legal writing and research, evidence, and appellate advocacy. He was selected to represent the school in a national Constitutional Law moot court competition. Before joining BourgeoisWhite LLP Dale practiced as a solo lawyer engaged in litigation before the Superior Court, District Court and Housing Court.
